Recently a Bronx Developer as Gales to create layout designs for
a new co-op building on Bainbridge Ave. The building has a mix of
studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom units. Our project manager visited
the site and suggested going with double tier and single tier
(full height) lockers. Each double tier locker is spacious
3ft wide x 3dp deep x 45 inches high. Many buildings offer our
3 or 4ft wide double tier lockers and or our single tier lockers
that Gales stocks in 3, 4 & 5ft wide and deep. the height
of our single tier lockers is 90 inches. Gales Tenant Storage
Lockers are made with heavy duty all welded panels and doors.
After providing the layout, the project manager suggested
using the other basement room for bike storage.
The bike room was designed for 100 bikes with Gales #1888
because the room would only store 39 bikes with floor bike racks.
Gales wall mount bike brackets are ideal for tight bike rooms.
Each bike can be spaced just 1 foot apart. By alternating the
bike bracket heights, Each bike stays clear of the neighboring
bikes handle bars. The design works well, User friendly and
within code.
